Project Description
The Modern Age Studio, a company specializing in market positioning strategies, selects a person domiciled in Rome and GOT A VAT NUMBER for a freelance role in our agency. The person will be expected to design, implement and schedule the production of photo/video graphic content for the agency’s clients and manage the pages on a daily basis, keeping them active and interacting with the community.

Who is the ideal candidate ?
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Graphics, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Extensive knowledge of graphic software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat, Video editing).
– Relevant knowledge of digital channels and related software (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, blog software, Business Meta) and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok).
– Communication skills, knowledge of copywriting techniques and SEO strategies for Social Media.
– Communicative, a true team player and also a strong visual storyteller (creative with vision and practical skills).
– Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget and timeline.
– Knowledge of English as well as cross-cultural skills.
– Data analysis skills
– Aptitude for work planning and organization, initiative and autonomy
– Good propensity for team-working
What will you be in charge of?
You will think and implement together with the team a:
– Creative concept development of the project and references.
– Making original and re-edit photo/video graphic shoots.
– Content Strategy and Copywriting.
– Design the SMM (Social Media Marketing) strategy by coordinating with the marketing department team.
– Periodically draft editorial plans related to social campaigns specifying logic and objectives.
– Create quality content that respects the tone of voice of the Brand and in line with the communication strategy
– Channel management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
– Production of reels, stories and animated graphics/Illustrations
– Managing target communities, contacts with influencers and blogosphere
– Monitoring of achieved results and planning for possible optimizations
– Monthly reports.
– You will develop content for editorial plans, creating original material and editing existing content.
– You will curate the social pages of some of our clients, striving to make them consistently engaging in accordance with our corporate vision and following our growth strategies together.

– Knowledge of FB business manager and other platforms
– Aptitude for producing content with smartphones
– Ability to work in a team
– English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
The following is important: Educational background in Creative Content Creation / Communications / Social Media Management, excellent knowledge of the Adobe package and major graphics and image and video processing tools. We are looking for people with photo/videography skills, especially from mobile and who are focused on managing the page community in addition to publishing. Knowledge of social media monitoring tools, will not be involved in digital marketing campaigns. VAT number
