The fashion universe is known to be a fertile ground where creativity expresses itself freely and without boundaries. It was precisely at Pitti Uomo<\/a>, the celebrated Florentine event dedicated to men’s fashion, that we had the opportunity to meet Augusto Ferretti<\/a>, a Brand Ambassador who, at 52 years old, demonstrates how fashion can be a tool of
\n personal expression<\/em>
\n<\/strong> and of
\n change<\/em>
\n<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Augustus is actually a civil servant who spends his days immersed in
\n numbers<\/strong>
\n<\/em> e
\n calculations<\/em>
\n<\/strong> but his journey into this fascinating world of fashion began during the
\n Covid<\/em>
\n<\/strong> in
\n 2020<\/em>
\n<\/strong>, after a battle with a bad back. From that moment, Augusto decided to be himself in daily life as well, expressing himself through the
\n accessories<\/em>
\n<\/strong>, especially hats, and a lot of
\n color<\/strong>
\n<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Her approach to fashion is unique and distinctive: she loves wearing garments from
\n small local businesses<\/strong>
\n<\/em>, in fact, for the Pitti she chose a brand called“Chapeaubrand<\/a>.” This special brand makes hats handmade by a talented lady from
\n Arezzo<\/em>
\n<\/strong>, Augustus’ hometown. This choice represents a way for him to support and enhance the work of small entities while embracing his own
\n identity<\/strong>
\n<\/em> and
\n local roots<\/strong>
\n<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Augusto showed us entirely his outfit, which for him represents the possibility of being
\n authentic<\/em>
\n<\/strong>, conveying how he feels and who he really is. Fashion is a way for him to feel comfortable with himself and express his personal style. His philosophy is: <\/span><\/p>\n

“Distinguish thyself not confuse thyself.”<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

which is to be yourself with a touch of
\n originality<\/em>
\n<\/strong> e
\n boldness<\/strong>
\n<\/em>, without homologating.<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking about this year’s edition of Pitti Uomo, Augusto admits that he noticed some movement in the industry, but he expected more courage and imagination. For him, fashion should
\n dare<\/em>
\n<\/strong> and take more risks, especially in times of change and uncertainty such as those experienced recently. He is convinced that fashion can be a tool to
\n push<\/em>
\n<\/strong> and of
\n growth<\/em>
\n<\/strong>, both for individuals and for the fashion industry in general.<\/span><\/p>\n

With his bold and genuine approach, Augusto reminds us that fashion is much more than a set of clothes, it is a means to express our true essence and our
